We can meet you at your offices or on site to discuss your requirements and carry out any necessary site survey. You will then be sent a comprehensive estimate and choice of proofs. Production begins as soon as these estimates/proofs are approved.

Where necessary, we can reproduce any artwork supplied prior to production of signage. We have the facilities and the expertise to undertake a full fitting service and we always ensure we advise the customer on the most secure and appropriate manner to fit your sign, after all, it may be your company name on the sign but its our name and reputation behind it.

Office Signs/Shopfronts

Office Signs and Business Signs for your premises can be designed, manufacture and fit to your specifications.

We offer a vast range of external signs from a small discrete wall plaque on the entrance to your premises right through to a substantial sign with raised or built up letters and LED lighting systems spanning an entire building.

Exterior signage can be made from computer cut vinyl letters mounted to a backing substrate board or alternatively using raised or built up letters.

Computer Cut Lettering & 3D Routed Letters

Raised or routed letters can be cut from a flat substrate sheet such as coloured acrylic, aluminium, PVC foam board using a cnc router to ensure a perfect finish. Letters can be cut to almost any font style or shape. The rigidity of these materials also means they can be raised from off the background using stand-off fixings giving an impressive 3D finish.

Foam PVC board is the most widely used material for raised letters as it is light and moisture resistant. Available in thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 30mm it can be covered in any coloured vinyl or sprayed to a specific colour match, or a combination of the two.

Composite aluminium is a double sided aluminuim skin with a high density polycarbonite core making it incredibly strong and lightweight. Available in a variety of standard colours including butler finished brushed aluminium and gold or mirror silver.

Acrylic is available in a wide range of colours and as it is translucent provides outstanding results with lighting. This material is widely used for front face lit built up lettering.

Where applications need that little extra lift we can provide a highly effective LED (light-emitting diode) lighting system which can give either a back lit or face lit. These lighting systems are extremely cost effective and very economical to run once installed.

The system we use at Apollo is fully sealed and waterproof and will give in the region of 180,000 light hours maintenance free. Please ask for full details.

Window Graphics & Etched Glass Designs

Window graphics are an effect way of getting your message across in applications where there is no space to fit an exterior sign or as a means of additional information to compliment existing signage.

Choose from simple computer cut lettering to full colour digitally printed graphics for more detailed messages or photographic images.

Etched glass or frosted vinyl is a very effective way to create sand blasted glass effects at a fraction of the cost. Suitable for covering doors and windows where privacy is required or simply as a means of creating a subtle decorative effect.

Full Colour Wide Format Printing/Digitally Printed Labels

Our Gerber Edge digital machine is the ideal solution for printing durable, UV stable and waterproof labels. This process involves heat transferred inks being applied directly to vinyl. Very resilient. Minimal run quantities available from single to full colour.

We can also supply wide format full colour printed. Choose from digital vinyl for short, medium or long term applications or speak to us above full colour digitally printed rigid sheets, the options are endless. Please call to discuss your requirements.

Banners

Printed in full colour, with options of hems, ropes and eyelets nothing beats the ease and effectiveness of a PVC banner which can be produced to virtually and size.

Another variation is a mesh banner. This is a high quality vinyl coated polyester fabric with an open wave design that allows wind to pass through. This banner is perfect for outdoor advertising such as building wraps, and scaffold banners.

There are a number of banner frame systems on the market if a more permanent fixing is required such as lamp post banner arm system, projecting wall brackets, uni banner and track systems. Please call for details.
